Voting Rules

To ensure fair and representative decisions, proposals are evaluated based on the following criteria:

Total Participation:

• If participation is below 20%, the proposal is considered invalid.

Participation Above 20%:

• Abstentions over 50%: Proposal is invalid.

• Vetoes over 33%: Proposal is invalid.

Valid Proposals (With less than 50% abstentions and less than 33% vetoes):

• Majority of votes NO: Proposal is rejected.

• Majority of votes YES: Proposal is approved.
